1 General Provisions

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

kx800 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as BRAC Bank and Dutch-Bangla Bank). Additional methods may be added in the future.

4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 (one hundred taka) per method.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 (five hundred taka).
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions must be met for a withdrawal request to be approved:

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

kx800 offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500; depositing ৳8,000 or more earns the maximum ৳5,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳13,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement applies on the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

5.3 General Promotion Terms

• Each promotion can be claimed only once per member.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless the specific terms of the promotion state otherwise.
• If a bonus is used for fraudulent purposes, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• kx800 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.

6 Fair Play & Betting

6.1 Fair Play Policy

kx800 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment for all members. Our games and betting interface use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure impartiality of results.

6.2 General Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Bets that are uncertain or incomplete due to a technical error may be considered void and the bet amount will be refunded.
• In the event of an internet disconnection, bets already placed will remain valid.

6.3 Sports Betting

The sports betting section allows betting on cricket (including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL), football, kabaddi, and other popular sports. All odds and market information will apply according to the terms displayed on the platform.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Opening an account using a false identity or false information.

8 Account Suspension & Termination

8.1 Company Rights

kx800 may, at any time and without giving reasons, take the following actions:

• Temporarily suspend an account.
• Cancel or suspend any transaction.
• Permanently close an account.
• Forfeit funds in the event of a violation of these Terms.

8.2 Member Rights

9 Limitation of Liability
